GroSoft had developed a concept of "Work Station” well equipped with all resources which plays an important role for providing complete requirement solution. Effectively working on the concept of Triangular Process where the Employer, Employee & GroSoft are three indispensible lines of the triangle, we work to form a pool of total understanding.

On the first phase of our project, we sample the specific need of our client and analyze their requirement. This is followed by data search of the potential candidates that would fill the vacant post at our clients’ organization. We browse all the accumulated resume of the registered candidates and short list the best among them for the interview. The potential candidates are then, exposed to a stringent selection process conducted by us in the connection with the recruiting organizations. A proper marking is done on every individual and subsequently the qualified incumbents are finally selected for the job. The successful candidates then receive offer letter from their employer and the joining letter is followed afterward. The whole proceeding takes very less time as well as save the time and money of the our clients to a considerable extent.
